Scripture Reading: Ecclesiastes 9:5-10.

Conclusion: God gave an explicit warning to not contact the so-called dead, for those who claim to contact the dead have “no light in them”; that is, they have no truth (Psalm 43:3). They are lying to you. Instead, we are taught to seek after Jesus, “the light of life” (John 8:12), the Word made manifest (John 1:14), and the truth (John 14:6). We get to know Him and the power of His resurrection by studying the Scriptures which testify of Him.
